1 Fresh Apple of your choice, Dice 1/2 slick other 1/2. (We used Pink Lady)
1/2 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
1/3 cup of Chopped Pecans
2 Cups of Pancake & Waffle Mix
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cups of Cold Water
Mix Waffle Mix, Oil & Cold Water together to make batter. Add Pecans, cinnamon, and diced apples, and mix again. Heat waffle iron, and use spray oil to keep waffle from sticking. Be sure to mix batter before spooning into iron, and use the spoon to spread the chunks around in the waffle.
Top with butter, and warmed Brungot Farms Maple Syrup. Goes great with Maple Bacon as a side..
Prep time 30 Mins, 6-8 hrs cook time.
1 Pound Lean Stew Meat. (cut into 1/2" cubes)
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
5 Slices of Hickory Sliced Bacon
½ Medium Sweet Onion Diced
1 tbs of Chopped Garlic
1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
1 15oz Can of Diced Tomato’s
1 15oz Can of Crushed Tomato’s
1 15oz can of Red kidney beans
1 15oz can of Pinto beans
1 15oz can of Black Beans
1 11oz can of Whole Corn
1 tbs of Liquid Smoke
1 tbs of hot sauce (your choice)
1 Jalapeno quartered
¼ cup of Brungot Farms Maple Syrup
2 tsp of Paprika
4 tsp of Cumin
¼ tsp of Sea salt
1/4 tsp of Course Black Pepper
1/3 cup of Chili Powder
1 tsp of red pepper
In Skillet, add diced bacon, Onions, & Bell Pepper. Once Cooked down, and onions start to become translucent, Add Garlic, Beef, and top with Liquid smoke.
While browning, In large Crock pot, Add all the beans, Tomato's, and other Spices in.
Once meat is brown, add to crock pot, top with Maple Syrup, and stir.
Cook on Low 6-8 hours, stir occasionally.
Serve with Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Crackers, or Corn Chips.
